Here at Freemans Event Partners, we’re constantly looking for new ways to innovate to further improve the customer experience for both our event partners and event goers.
We always strive to add a personal touch to our service and that doesn’t stop when we’re talking about our technology hardware. Lovingly named as Fred and Eric, our new EPOS system is at the forefront of event technology cash systems.
It’s a traditional retail-based system, that’s quick and easy to deploy in challenging environments; including events, festivals and fixed venues. The state-of-the-art system enables us to fully manage cash handling, stock management and revenue protection on our client’s behalf. In addition, the 17” customer facing screens are the perfect place to promote event information, brand content, Challenge 25 messaging and menu tariffs.
What’s more, our Technologies team are on-site throughout the duration of an event to provide support and assistance when required, as well as delivering pre-event training in the lead up to the event to ensure staff are fully briefed ahead of time.
We’re excited to see that our cutting-edge technology is changing the way customers spend at events. We’ve seen up to a 65% uplift in payment by card across our green field sites, as event goers look to replicate their everyday spending habits within the festival environment. Plus, Twickenham Stadium saw 80% of their transactions over the 6 Nations England V Wales game were made on card.
