To provide an outstanding food &amp; beverage experience at Burghley Horse Trials, ensuring the quality and diversity of the offering appealed to the premium eventgoer.

The Objective

Freemans Event Partners specially selected concessionaires that would appeal to the premium demographic of attendees.  From afternoon tea, vintage toasties and Pimm’s to gourmet tacos, game and loaded fries there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Our catering team worked hard to keep queuing times to a minimum whilst serving high-quality food on the go so consumers could get back to the eventing action quickly. The Costa Coffee outlet was a huge success, coffee lovers enjoyed a huge range of drinks as well as a wide selection of sandwiches, wraps, cakes and more.

Diverse Food Offering

Freemans Event Partners created food maps, allowing customers to view the full F&amp;B offering and make an informed decision based on their dietary requirements. With plenty of vegetarian, plant-based and gluten-free choices, no one was left hungry!

Customers were able to scan the QR code included in the event programme to download the map onto their mobile phone and refer to it during the event.
&nbsp;
Freemans Event Partners worked with Burghley Horse Trials to promote the F&amp;B line up before the event. Followers of the Burghley social media channels viewed menu highlights and the food map, giving them the chance to plan ahead. The client ran a series of competitions in which Freemans Event Partners donated food vouchers as prizes.
