  • Event Operations Support – Casual (Concessions)

    Calling all those who are looking to expand their event experience, and looking for ad-hoc work, both pre and post event throughout the year, with work both during the week and at weekends, peaking during the summer! We are seeking a number of enthusiastic individuals to join our concessions team in the planning and delivery of some of the biggest events in the UK. Working on projects such as Boomtown, F1 Grand Prix and major sporting events across the UK, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of first class service to our clients and event-goers.

  • Event Operations Manager (Logistics)

    With a background in warehousing or stock logistics, you will play a key part in the planning, booking and coordination of event logistical requirements (stock, equipment, people etc), in compliance with internal processes and legislative/regulatory requirements. Supporting both on site “pop-up” warehouse set ups as well as head office warehousing facilities, you will ensure order fulfilment through stock checks and rotation, timely transportation, and accurate recording/reporting.

  • Stock and Supply Chain Manager

    Utilising three years plus experience in stock management, the successful individual will look to maximise the opportunities available through the Bars supply chain, brand and stock provision. Responsible for the development and management of a dedicated stock team, this individual will look to enhance the management of stock control across bars head office and event locations; ensuring processes are robust to withstand the challenges of a green field site.

  • Operations Director (Bars)

    The successful individual will be responsible for the overall management of event delivery including the staffing proposition. Commercially minded, the individual will bring fresh ideas to running an efficient operation both at bars head office and on site in the event arena; effectively managing the Operations team to enforce the new working practices/processes. Ultimately they will support the Bars Senior Management team in maximising the profitability of their event portfolio.
