A Royal Variety at the Royal Windsor Horse Show
The Royal Windsor Horse Show has just galloped past, bringing with it exhilarating displays of horsemanship, eager crowds and gourmet food & drink experiences to the grounds at the foot of Windsor Castle.
Once event goers had enjoyed the excitement of show jumping, Pony Club mounted games, carriage driving and a Shetland Grand National, they were able to refuel at one of our many food-to-go outlets. From fish & chips to strawberries & cream, gourmet pies and wood fired pizzas, ‘variety’ was the inspiration for this prestigious event.
We had some brilliant feedback from Claire on Facebook, who was delighted that we were able to serve tasty gluten free food suitable for her dietary requirements.
Freemans Event Partners unveiled new menus, specifically created for the Royal Windsor Horse Show. Breaded Atlantic Cod Goujons served with steakhouse chips made their debut on our traditional fish & chip outlet. Salt & Pepper Squid was also new, served with tartare sauce and a lemon wedge. Both proved exceptionally popular, obtaining great reviews from event-goers.
Sir Tom’s Pies trotted in to the grounds of Windsor Castle, carefully encasing flavour creations of ham hock & leek, traditional steak & ale and spinach with truffle oil to add a prestigious touch to the pie experience.
Throughout the day, our careful crafting of comprehensive food and drink provision across site made certain to satisfy all cravings and catered to a range of dietary requirements, with a range of soft and alcoholic drinks to quench any thirst! This broad range of food and drink offerings allowed each discerning individual attendee to feel personally catered for whilst attending this prestigious event.
