Feeding the Rugby World Cup crowds

Freemans Event Partners are helping to feed the Rugby World Cup crowds at Twickenham Stadium, Wembley Stadium, Millennium Stadium and Kingsholm in Gloucester during the tournament.

In total Freemans Event Partners will manage 90 catering outlets across the four stadiums, offering a range of food from across the globe including the ever popular traditional ‘Fish & Chips’ and Gourmet British beef burgers.

Throughout the tournament Freemans Event Partners are expecting to serve over 470 thousand meals to the rugby fans from across the world.

During the tournament Freemans Event Partners will serve rugby fans an impressive:

270k – 100% British beef burgers
300k – trays of chips
200k – portions of fish
500k – bottles of soft drinks
And over half a million squirts of sauce.

Over the past few years we have invested in people and new technology to provide us with the skills and systems that allow us to deliver at multiple sites across the UK simultaneously. At Twickenham stadium all of the catering outlets are installed with our new EPOS tills enabling card and contactless payment for customers and electronic stock control to ensure availability of products across all outlets” said Stephen Freeman, Managing Director of Freemans Event Partners.
