With around 350,000 visitors to the 4-days of British Grand Prix action at Silverstone, Freemans Event Partners successfully coordinated the entire public catering operation at the circuit for a 26th consecutive year.
ITV News picked up on the sheer scale of the Freemans Event Partners operation, broadcasting coverage of the logistics team and their mammoth undertaking – thirty five articulated lorries of food and drink products loaded, delivered and sold in just four days.
With 202 outlets selling classic, original and street food menus across site, spectators didn’t need to move far from the action to refuel. A series of Freemans Event Partners multi-channel marketing communications ensured visitors could take advantage of the branded offers available and the exclusive Red Bull competition. This included online, social media, print, signage around the ground and on outlets.
Lewis Hamilton scorched to victory in front of a home crowd before celebrating at Club corner with a crowd surf.
