Operations Director

The successful individual will be responsible for the overall management of event delivery including the staffing proposition. Commercially minded, the individual will bring fresh ideas to running an efficient operation both at bars head office and on site in the event arena; effectively managing the Operations team to enforce the new working practices/processes.

Ultimately they will support the Bars Senior Management team in maximising the profitability of their event portfolio.

Stock and Supply Chain Manager

Utilising three years plus experience in stock management, the successful individual will look to maximise the opportunities available through the Bars supply chain, brand and stock provision. Responsible for the development and management of a dedicated stock team, this individual will look to enhance the management of stock control across bars head office and event locations; ensuring processes are robust to withstand the challenges of a green field site.

Assistant Account Manager (Concessions)

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, level headed individual who has experience of event management to join our busy Concession team on a fixed term basis during the summer season. Whether you have years of event management experience or are looking to progress from a junior event level, if you have a passion for the events industry we would like to hear from you.

The role will encompass all aspects of event management, assisting the account manager with the planning, managing and evaluating the events for the Concessions division, ensuring we deliver a first-class service for the client.

Catering Recruitment Manager (Catering)

We are looking for an experienced Catering Recruitment Manager to join our business. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who will take full ownership of the people strategy for the Catering division’s casual workforce, collaborating with the Staffing Manager and the Catering Director to develop staffing/recruitment initiatives in line with the overall business strategy. This is a fast paced role working with a great team, the division has major growth plans for this year so it’s a great time to join the business and progress your career.

Buyer (Logistics)

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our business in our buying team. In your role as Buyer you will be responsible for the procurement of selected products (mainly produce) to achieve a high level of profit for the company and also quality for our customers.

If you have previous experience of working as a Buyer for a retailer/wholesaler, preferably within the food to go category, your skills will be of real value to our company. Experience of using Sage / EPOS / WMS would be a major advantage in this position.

We are looking for ambitious candidates with a good level of product knowledge and industry understanding, who possess good numeracy and literacy ability. As an experienced Buyer you will be required to negotiate with suppliers and deliver cost down benefits. This is a rewarding role and the successful candidate will play a key part in our business.
